Terms of sale and use
Last updated: August 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of BreadUp, production management software for professional bakers, published by Bread France. Creating an account means accepting these terms.
2. The service
BreadUp lets you build and organise recipes, work out production runs, track ingredients and suppliers, manage orders and print sheets. The features included in each plan are listed on the Pricing page.
The service evolves: features may be added, changed or withdrawn.
3. Account
Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions carried out from your account. Additional seats granted to your team remain under your responsibility.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- The applicable prices are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of subscription, in euros and excluding tax unless stated otherwise.
- The subscription is monthly or annual, payable in advance, and renews automatically for the same term.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. BreadUp has no access to your card details.
- A price change never applies to a period already paid for.
5. Term and cancellation
The subscription has no minimum term: you may end it at any time from your account or by writing to contact@breadup.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which remains payable.
6. Right of withdrawal
BreadUp is intended for professionals acting in the course of their business: the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply.
7. Your data
Your recipes and data remain yours. You can export them at any time. They are never sold or used for commercial purposes.
After your subscription ends, your data is kept for as long as necessary and then deleted on request, under the conditions set out in the privacy policy.
8. Availability and liability
We do everything we can to keep the service available, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted operation; interruptions may occur for maintenance or for an external cause.
BreadUp is a decision-support tool. The figures shown are based on the information you enter: it is up to you to check them before using them in production or to set your prices.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any action; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
